We do not collect any personal information. ShotPolish is designed to work entirely on your device. Specifically:

• We do not collect your name, email address, or any contact information.
• We do not track your location.
• We do not access your photos or files beyond what you explicitly import into the app.
• We do not use analytics or tracking SDKs.
• We do not send your screenshots or images to any server.

2. Photo Library Access

ShotPolish requests access to your Photo Library solely to import screenshots for editing and to save exported images. Photos are processed entirely on your device and are never uploaded or transmitted externally.

3. In-App Purchases

ShotPolish offers optional in-app purchases ("ShotPolish Pro") processed through Apple's App Store. We do not have access to your payment information. All purchase transactions are handled by Apple in accordance with their Privacy Policy.

4. Data Storage

All data (screenshots, configurations, brand presets) is stored locally on your device. We do not operate any servers or cloud storage for user data.

5. Third-Party Services

ShotPolish does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services.

6. Children's Privacy

ShotPolish does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The app does not require any personal information to function.
