ShotPolish offers optional premium features ("ShotPolish Pro") available through in-app purchases. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms. Refund requests should be directed to Apple.
The app, including its design, code, graphics, and user interface, is the intellectual property of ShotPolish and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Content you create using the app remains yours.
ShotPolish is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShotPolish and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
